The component initially by tongzengrong in February 2010 developed,Initially used by this component crm.zhongp.com site.
The component is developed with C#,it's a custom HttpModule component.IP DataBase is QQwry.dat.If your site is built asp.net , can be directly added to the node in the web.config of this component <httpModules>.
